Modeller installation: Failed

I installed Modeller9.12 (Folder C:\program files\Modeller9.12) and python 2.7.5 in windows 7. It is giving an error message: Modeller installation: Failed; Python installation: passed. I am sure that modeller is working, since I can run it with command prompt and by using UCSF Chimera modeller GUI. It is also running in another computer installed in the same manner without issues! Please help.
