Check file and Manager database updates

The Check file (used to determine the DXCC entity from the call) and the database of QSL Managers were both updated yesterday.  They can be found on EasyLog Wiki at www.easylog.com/wiki.  As usual, be sure to backup your logs before installing these updates.  That is the only way to recover should something go wrong.
