Hello to everyone!



We have just created a new Facebook group "EasyLog English Customer Care". It is a private group reserved to users with current customer support and download. It is assumed that subscr5ibers own the latest available release and that can access the User Reserved Area. If someone want to know the status of support subscription and for any reason can not access User Reserved Area, because forgot the account credentials, or want to renew the access please contact us at: sup...@easylog.com U.S. customers can contact W5RYA J.B.Sims.


In this group is not tolerated aggressive behavior or unolite language. Please consider we are between gentlemen having the same wonderful hobby, the aim of this group is to provide assistance and quickly fix issues so everyone is welcome, if he want, to give a support in a polite way.


The group exists also in italian language and we have experimented it for a while already. It works very well and thanks to its interactivity and the possibility to post video and pictures it is now the preferred way to ask and obtain support for the customers.
