I've been flashing a Kernal on the EF3 and then I've a Power Cut Off.
The problem is that I can not start the cartrdge. When I turn on the
c64 with it, it comes a black screen and I can do nothing. What can I
do?

Try to run the easyprog 1.6.3:
https://bitbucket.org/skoe/easyflash/downloads
clear the flash
then, load ef3-init-1.0.4.crt into the system area.

See if that works.

But the C64 with the EF3 doesn't turn on and I've only a black screen.
How can I run the program?

My apologies.

When you power up the unit, hit the middle button and see if the system
resets to a startup screen

Hello.

Oh, thanks. I don't think about this possibility. I'll try this
tonight and tell you tomorrow what happens.

Thanks

Regrettably, the only thing I can suggest is to return it for
repair/replacement. The return address on the package will suffice for
addressing.
