Introduction

EasyCLI is a command shell for the Commodore 64. The homepage for EasyCLI is http://easycli.codeplex.com.

Version 0.50

This is the first Beta version of EasyCLI. This version is feature complete for the full release of EasyCLI. The following commandlets are implemented in full:

1. CD - Change Directory
2. DIR - Display Directory
3. MKDIR - Make Directory
4. RMDIR - Remove Directory
5. REN - Rename File
6. DEL - Delete File (not directory)
7. COPY - Copy File(s)
8. MOVE - Move File(s)
9. EXEC - Execute script
10. SHOW - Show PETSCII file
11. HELP - Help System
12. MKIMG - Make Disk Image
13. WRIMG - Write Disk Image

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Cursor Up - Put last command on prompt
• CTRL-D - Cycle through attached devices
• F1 - DIR with Enter
• F2 - DIR without Enter
• F3 - EXEC : without Enter
• F4 - SHOW : without Enter
• F5 - COPY without Enter
• F6 - MOVE without Enter

Built-in commands

1. echo - Displays text
2. cls - Clears the screen
3. pause - Displays prompt and waits for user
4. @ - DOS Wedge
5. #number - Change to device
6. :number - Change to drive
