If you could write down all steps how to prepare module and how to recompile kernel that would be awesome.
I'd like to use RPi with somagic, bo I'm poor at linux operations :)

I wouldn't mind helping, but I can't get the USB firmware to load and was hoping for some assistance on that. I posted a request for hep a week ago, but no response yet. I'm trying to make the RPi into a simple video recorder for my local cable access TV station: Video in to USB  memory stick out. We use it for giving  the directors a copy of their show. It's to replace DVD recorder.
So I don't mind helping, if I get over the USB issue.
