iframe window sizes vary from desktop display to ipad

I have my iframe easybox windows set to certain sizes

but when I open them up on different tools they all shrink.  The window does not open at 1000px wide on all displays.  how can i make it open that certain size on all displays?

You can set the maxScreenFill option to prevent shrinking.
