Position:Embedded Software Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6 Months+

Mandatory Skills: C, Embedded, Linux, TCP/IP.

Other Required skills:

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience in a multi-threaded environment.
• Excellent C programming skills and threading libraries is a plus.
• Knowledge of build and release best practice on Linux platform.
• GIT/CVS and Makefile experience is a MUST, experience with CMake is a plus.
• Bash/Perl/Python Scripting experience is a desirable.
• Knowledge of build and release best practice on Linux platform
• Knowledge of Electric Cloud Build system is a plus.
• Experience with code refactoring and modularization required.
• Code analysis tools such as used for dependency graphs an asset.
• Static analysis tool experience an asset.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience designing and implementing generic C libraries for multiple build targets.
• Networking and IP protocol experience, knowledge of system infrastructure beneficial.
