Does this app support syncing between two phones or users?

Currently the app doesn't support this feature natively. You can however share the calendar that easy bills is syncing to so they will have visibility of each bill status. Alternatively, the backup that is created by easy bills can be restored to an android device that easy bills is installed on. So if you wanted to "sync" in this fashion that method is available.
