I've noticed that every now and again someone will post a comment in the Android Market about Easy Bills. Sometimes the comment may be warranted and fair while other times, in my opinion, it's not. I make every opportunity to be available for support and to answer questions about the application. I want a fair shot at troubleshooting the issue that is preventing you from using the app. So, I'm going to post my replies here and call these folks out. If you made the comment please feel free to respond however you're most comfortable.
