  to Easy!Appointments - Support Group
Hi everyone,
I'm facing an urgent issue with Easy!Appointments installed on a VPS managed with EasyPanel. The admin user can't log in, but service providers still can. I'm not sure what caused this, and I need to recover access without losing the database or reinstalling the entire service.
My current setup includes:
• Easy!Appointments running on a VPS with EasyPanel
• A customized Easy!Appointments template with clinical fields
• The database is already populated and contains important data I can't afford to lose
What I need help with:
1. A step-by-step guide to configure SMTP email service in Easy!Appointments from EasyPanel, so I can use the password recovery feature.
2. How to check login errors or logs for the admin user, either through EasyPanel or directly on the VPS file system.
3. If recovery isn't possible through normal means, is it feasible to create a new Easy!Appointments instance and reuse the existing database? What steps should I follow to do this safely without corrupting the data?
Any technical help, SMTP configuration examples, or recommendations to validate the system status would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
