Can an Admin also be a service provider? If so, how? It appears than when creating service providers, an account needs to be created with its own email and password...

Hello!
That would require some code changes in order to work, but in theory that would be possible.
Instead of defining an admin, one could make a provider an admin with a custom flag added to the app.
