Unable to login while running locally

Hello, so I pulled version 1.5 and tried run it locally. I'm using Macbook with XAMPP. I succesfully create local DB and Installed the E!A system. I'm even able to create new appointment, but I'm unable to login to backend and see the admin panel. When i'm filling wrong username and password im getting error message, but when im filling the username and password the page is just getting refresh and stay in login page.

all network tab looks fine except calendar.

Hello!

Please make sure that the storage folder is writable, as it seems that the app cannot store the session files.

Amazing, after I gave storage folder
sudo chmod -R 777 storage

it worked

I wouldn't do 777 for production server.. please read about the file permission. You have to set the right user:group for that folder and selinux setup

That is correct, it would be better to set the owner of the files to www-data or similar, so that the PHP process can access them without errors.

Thanks, but I set it to 777 only when i'm run locally
