Hi dear Alex,

I did like to know if there is any option to define some metrics, like a report where I can see some information such as:

• The appointments amount;
• The appointments type;
• The appointment type quantity;
• The appointment quantity divided by the type;
• All the appointments in the year, month and week;
• All the appointments that were solved, finished, pending;
• All the appointments divide by operator.
