Google Calender sync - clarification

Hi,
in the docs it says
"Currently synchronization can only be triggered from the Easy!Appointments backend or whenever there are changes in the appointment plan"
The first part is perfectly clear to me - if I press "synchronize" in the backend calender view, the appintments are synced both directions.
But what means the second part "or whenever there are changes in the appointment plan"- exactly?

Good question, 

Whenever I make a new booking, I can see it is updated in my google  calendar, when I delete it on the ea back-end, it deletes it on the google calendar. I see it that if I delete it on the google calendar it does not delete it on the eA backend.

To make clear, I was referring to automatic sync. 

When I clicked on sync, it deleted the item that had been deleted in google calendar.
