More Linnaeus University improvements to Easy!Appointments

Hello,

Here are some more improvements to Easy!Appointments that we have implemented at Linnaeus University:

1. Unit selection for booking advance timeout
2. Cooldown period for services
3. Hide Timezone from Customers
4. Customer Booking Limits
5. Availability Marking in Calendar View
6. Providers Can Access All Bookings
7. Provider Colour in Appointments
8. Services in Current Language First
9. Custom messages during booking

These are in addition to the ones I posted about earlier:

2. Support for Attached Files
3. Hide Provider Selection
