Installation issue: an uncaught exception was encountered

Hi,

I have been trying to install Easy!Appointments on a debian system.

I got an html error 500 when browsing to ea for the first time. After some searching I enabled debug mode. Now I get below error

I get the same error in storage/logs

The error points to following line

Any idea?

Hi

What version of PHP are you using? Try 7.4, works fine.

Thanks for your reply!

I had php7.3 originally but after your comment I upgraded to 7.4. Still same issue however.

With further research I came across following

Installing the php7.4-mysql extension fixed the issue for me

apt-get install php7.4-mysql
