My customer generally wants the earliest available appointments in 48h from the current time, as he needs a certain lead time for customer appointments.

Is there a way to set this in the app?

Hello! 

Yes, look out for the "Allow Rescheduling/Cancellation Before" setting under the business logic settings page.

You will need to convert the timeout value into minutes.
