Hello guys. I have used EA years ago and loved it. But my use was regular online meeting scheduling.
Today a friend of mine asked me for a solution to the following issue he has. He sells automobiles, i thought about using EA, but i am unsure on how to set it up. So im picking your more experienced brains on how to use it for the following scenario.
or is it even possible.
They have 5 demo vehicles and 7 sales people.
The issue:
They use a whiteboard calendar to schedule who has schedules each vehicle for their prospect clients. ( totally analog )
The idea:
Salesman sends HIS link to prospect for the client to choose the automobile he would like to test drive and schedule it.
But my question is, im not really scheduling an appointment with the salesman, i need to block the automobiles con the calendar. so no other prospect client can book it, and i need sales people to be able to see which demo vehicle is booked and by who so they don´t touch them.
So would you treat each automobile as a USER or as a Service?
