Hi there,

I'm a first time user and have this up and running nicely, but I'm having a devil of time understanding the OAuth part of the Google Calendar integration.  I added "./auth/calendar.events.owned" sensitive scope since I thought it was needed for the client to add their appointment to their calendar. Now I'm stuck in a loop with the verification process.

For verification Google asked for a video showing how the client would add the appointment to their calendar. I've done that twice, but they are asking for more information - they want to see the URL and the auth screen - I showed that in the first video - that didn't cut it. My lack of understanding of how this works is a big part of the problem, and I'm continuing to read up on it when I can.

My question is, do I need any of the sensitive scopes? If so, which one(s)? If I have the right one(s) I'll have to dig deeper on getting this to work, but just knowing the correct scope will help.

Sorry this is a long post - I'm hoping I've explained well enough.

Cheers

Steve

I JUST fixed this problem.  You need to add the email that owns the API app you created your credentials in to the authorized users for the app, and you can use it in testing format without verifying it with Google.

Also for sensitive scopes I only added the Google Calendar Scopes and it seems to be working fine.  However I have the issue where I can schedule an appointment but other users keep geeting an error without any information provided lol.
I hope that helps!
