when submit new appointment take time 15 second to save it

We are experiencing a performance issue when creating a new appointment.

Whenever we submit a new appointment, it takes around 15 seconds to save. This delay is affecting our daily work and booking process.

what might be causing this issue and advise on how to improve the saving speed?

Hello! 

So after an appointment is created there are two actions that could take some additional time:

1. The delivery of the emails to the appropriate users
2. The synchronization

You may try to disable each one of them and test the response time after an appointment is created.
