when submit new appointment take time 15 second to save it

We are experiencing a performance issue when creating a new appointment.

Whenever we submit a new appointment, it takes around 15 seconds to save. This delay is affecting our daily work and booking process.

what might be causing this issue and advise on how to improve the saving speed?
