Per-provider booking restriction

I would like to configure a maximum booking window per provider. For example, Provider A should only allow appointments up to 15 days ahead, while Provider B should allow unlimited future bookings. How can I implement or configure this per-provider booking limit in EasyAppointments?

Hello! 

There is already logic that would tackle this but globally. 

To make this work per-provider new db fields and settings need to be added and used during the availability generation process.
