Caldav with Kerio Connect fails

We worked with Kerio Connect.
They have caldav api.

I activated that in easyappointment, then push the sync button.

Message Sync was correct done.

But NO appointment will sync.

What can i do to analyse this?

found this error in the log:

ERROR - 2025-06-11 17:24:11 --> Failed to save CalDAV appointment event (Status Code: 501): <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Error 501 Not Implemented</TITLE></HEAD><BODY><H1>501 Not Implemented</H1>The requested feature is not supported by this server. (URI /caldav/ea-c81e728d9d4c2f636f067f89cc14862c.ics)<BR>

Change URL to: https://ppc.lcs-heimerzheim.de/ical/lcs-heimerzheim.de/w.lethert/Calendar
After that no new entries in the log file!
But not sync any data!

even with debug setting on true there was no entry in the logs?
So at the moment i have no idea, what i can do else.
