Google Synchronization Not working

HI
I have set up the Easy! Appointment except for Google synchronization. I managed to enable sync from the back end but when I clicked on Synchronize button, a message displayed: " Google synchronization failed: Could not establish server connection."


I am following  this guide for installation:

 I have checked  Google product name,  API Key, Cilent ID , Client secret key  to make sure it is correct. According to the guide, this should happen:
" Go to backend/calendar page, select a provider and click on the Enable Sync button. A new window will pop up asking you to grant concern. Enter the user’s credentials and the synchronization will be activated. " but this doesn't happen, I received no window pop-up request to grant concern,
any idea what have I missed?

Hello! 

Thanks for providing background information on this error, but we will need some additional info to resolve this. 

Every time you see a similar error originating from Google, there is a hyperlink you can click to get more details about it. 

Check this out and post it here so that we can further troubleshoot the error.

Hi Alex, as you can see from the snapshot, there is no link associated with the error message. This message popped up after I clicked the blue button that carried the word "Synchronize"
