How to restrict the the frontend to English and German?

It is nice that the customer can select any language and that it is apparently preselected according to the browser language setting.
However, I would like to display the language according to the language of the website, which are EN and DE.
How can I open the frontend in a preselected language and hide the language selection switch?

Can you try setting the language GET parameter when linking to the booking page?
