I have easy appointments 1.5.1 After appointment confirmation the confirmation time email to client is off by 7 hours earlier (
United Kingdom & Ireland (London, Dublin)) How can I get the times to be the same booking confirmation time and email confirmation?

Hello!
I would recommend you upgrade to at least v1.5.3 as there may be important fixes that you are currently missing and are related to the time zone handling.
