Hotmail users do not receive emails

Hi, I am having a problem with people not showing up for appointments because they did not receive the confirmation email - they are almost always a Hotmail user. It does not even appear in their spam folder. I have tested this with my own Hotmail account and it is true - the confirmation email disappears somewhere, never to be found. I have tried adding our sending email address to the address book and that does not help.

If anyone has any ideas about changes we might make to the mail sending - either using a different phpmailer setting or perhaps changing the content, that would be great.

Hello! 

Most of the times delivery issues like this have to do with your mail server or service. 

I would suggest using a proven third service party for sending emails so that you do not have such problems anymore. 

You can make Easy!Appointments use an SMTP connection by updating the application/config/email.php file.
