I am not getting this.  I have tried the package on two servers.  And in all browsers, an android phone and an iPhone.  I have not ran into this. 

So, I am wondering if it is an installation issue for you,I looked up where the error points.  It is in the Codeigniter system/core/Common.php file and within the get_config function.  So I suppose that for some reason it is not seeing your config file.
