Postman Setup for API Testing

Greetings!

Can someone help me with the setup of Postman to test the API's?

The --user user:password is throwing me off.

If you can share a copy of your Postman Collection it would be awesome. If one is not available and I get thru the setup part, I will share the Postman Collection that I will build.
