Private service and confirmation email

A service is set to private, so only in the backend an appointment for that service can be scheduled.
In the confirmation email a button is shown to cancel or reschedule the appointment. But the customer cannot use this button. The booking page is in error. Besides, the service is, of course, not shown in the booking page.
Conclusion: the mentioned button in the email must be suppressed for private services.
