installation problem: HostGator(cPanel)

Hi all, I installed v1.4.2 but now I'm getting this (admin & regular link) 

"Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.3.0". You are running 5.6.30. in /home3/rnrrounds/pocus.rnrrounds.ca/book/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 25" 

-- I'm on HostGator / cPanel and I used Softaculous to auto install.  

-- phpMyAdmin says I'm using:  PHP version: 7.3.28 on the database.  

-- MultiPHP says I'm using PHP version 7.4 for everything else on the website

I have no idea where I'm going wrong!  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

SOLVED!

Apparently despite MultiPHP saying I was using 7.4, I was not.   
1) In MultiPHP I selected the directory Easy!Appointment is in, and manually updated it.  
2) Using phpinfo.php it confirmed the version had upgraded from 5.6.30 (before) to 7.4 (after)
