How to Ensure a Service Can Be Booked Only Once Per Day with Two Time Slots Available

How can I set up a booking system where each service can only be reserved once per day. Provide two booking options: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If a client selects a time slot (e.g., 1:00 PM in the afternoon), the other slot (e.g., morning) should automatically be unavailable for that day. For example, a hairdresser may have availability starting at 8:00 AM in the morning and 1:00 PM in the afternoon. If the 1:00 PM slot is booked, the morning slot should no longer be bookable on the same day.

  This is not actually for a hairdressing service. It would be a drone booking system, where limiting bookings to once per day is necessary due to charging time
