External Trigger for Google Calendar Sync in Easy!Appointments

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on integrating Easy!Appointments with an external application, and I’d like to be able to trigger a Google Calendar sync directly from this external app.

More specifically, I'm looking to replicate the behavior of the “Enable sync” -> "Google Calendar" button (normally available within Easy!Appointments backoffice) but have it accessible outside of the Easy!Appointments UI, such as via an API call or external link.

Has anyone implemented something similar or could point me toward how this can be done (e.g., triggering the sync process programmatically)?

Hello! 

This would be possible by using the REST API and setting the Google API keys via a provider update. 

Of course you would then need to implement the OAuth consent flow in your app.
