I have installed the 1.6 beta software and given it a quick ad hoc test. I haven't found any usage problems so far. However, the database structure seems to have changed slightly and, as a result, the 1.6 software doesn't work with a 1.5 database. Will there be some sort of database migration script when we get the full 1.6 release so that we can preserve the existing data in our production environments?

Hello!

Thanks for testing the latest release.

There are some DB changes indeed and there are migrations for them.

To execute them follow this guide:

Hi,

thanks for your work. We have already tried v1.6 Beta and looks good so far; no real problems! calDAV Sync seems to be more accurate.

May I ask if there are any plans to integrate this PR - Introduce Adding Caldav-Servers ... into v1.6?

Thanks,
Lukas

Hello everyone!

I'm having trouble with appointment cancellation in Beta 1.6.

If I click the "Reschedule / Cancel" link in the booking email, I can cancel the appointment and i receive a confirmation message, but the appointment is still listed in the calendar (and I don't receive any email notifications).

However, if I manually delete the appointment from the calendar in the software's administration panel, it is correctly canceled and the corresponding notifications are sent.

The same process works perfectly with the latest stable version.

Did I miss something?

Thank you so much for this wonderful product !

Hello!

I have double checked this issue, and this is indeed not working.

New fix is coming in the updated beta that I'm going to release soon.

Stay tuned

I'm hoping to be able to test later but does this default to "any provider"? So that users can just click next after selecting the service

No, actually the user has to pick either any provider or one of the existing ones, unless there is only one option, in which case no choice is required.

Thanks, Alex. Sorry I didn't pay enough attention to the upgrade instructions, and that it's taken me so long to follow up on this.

The 1.6 beta 2 release seems to be working for me, but I do have a couple of comments.

First, when I tried to update the details of a service provider, I got the message:

The operation could not completed.
The provided working plan exception ID does not exist in the database: 2

The updates to the Provider details were saved, though. There were two old working plan exception entries left over from the 1.5 release. Having deleted those, the message went away.

The second comment is that I don't understand what the Slot Interval value does. Is there an explanation somewhere?

Finally, many thanks for your work on the Easy Appointments package.

what am i doing wrong?
the platform now features Jitsi integration, enabling the automatic generation of meeting links for appointments booked via the public page.

Hello!

> The provided working plan exception ID does not exist in the database: 2

But this error could be that you did not update your database structure, so you will need to make sure you run the migrations.

Let me know if the issue still persists.

In order to enable Jitsi, you need to go to the integration settings page and enable the feature.
