New 1.5 problems installation

Hi.

After uncompressed alpha and beta, i have same problem.

Local installation in apache+mysql+php 8.2

When i go to <mylocalwebsite>, redirect to < mylocalwebsite >//index.php/installation with 404

Please, help me to understand why and give my some suggestions.
