Hi

Situation:
- I have a **Service** assigned to **Provider1** and **Provider2**.
- A customer selects a service and books a slot with **Provider1**.
- The same time slot remains visible as available for **Provider2**, even though it is tied to the same service. **Provider2** does not see that the slot is occupied.
- If another customer selects Provider2, they can register the service for the same slot. I think this is a bug.
However, Provider2 cannot confirm this correctly.
- The same thing happens the other way around: if Provider2 has a reservation, Provider1 sees the slot as available.

Can someone please help me?
Thank you for the explanation.
Martin

The app name is easyappointment, appointment to the provider. same service might be provided by multiple provider, once provider1 is booked, another is free

This is my biggest issue. No resources/rooms and I suspect playing for it custom would cost more than going with another solution. One way to do it would be to create unavailability for other providers in the same time slot automatically.
That can be done to providers sharing the same room id in database. I haven't gotten around to exploring this though.

That should work with the processes already in the software.

Hi
Thank you for your answer. I will solve this via one provider/email account that multiple users can access. That is the easiest option for me right now.
