URGENT HELP NEEDED...

Good afternoon everyone!
  1. I have installed the program (v1.5.0-dev.4), because the stable version didn't work either.
  2. The tables are properly created when viewed in myPHPAdmin
  3. A user is created in the table.
  4. A provider, as well as, 2 services are in the table.
  5. When the Booking Page launches, the fields do not populate with the information from the tables.
What could the problem be with getting this up and running?

Hello! 

Check out this troubleshooting guide: 



Also make sure that all your providers have services assigned (from the Users > Providers page) 

If you use 1.5 also make sure that the providers and services are not set to private (there's a checkbox for this)

The last suggestion did the trick!  

However, when the customer begins a booking the days are off by one. I have selected a work plan for Sun - Thurs with Friday and Saturday off. However, when the booking begins, the calendar shows Thursday and Friday off instead of Friday and Saturday. Thoughts?

Hello Marc, 

That would be an interesting issue indeed. 

Which EA version are you using? 

Can you try changing the first day of week from the settings and see if you can reproduce? 

Also please make sure the timezone values are correct for all the users.

Good morning;

I am using easyappointments-1.5.0-dev.4.

The following are screenshots of what is occurring. I have changed the "First day of the week" - that was my first troubleshooting step, but Thursday and Friday are still the days that are blocked out when it should be Friday and Saturday.

The time zones are set to New York -5:00 for the server, the site, and the providers.

It is odd that ONLY November 30, 2023 works correctly for a Thursday. All the other Thursday's in previous, and later months, do not work. 

Also, no appointments can be scheduled after January 2024. Is there a setting for this?

appointments can be scheduled based on  SETTINGS >>  BUSINESS LOGIC >>  FUTURE BOOKING LIMIT >  Limit (Days)

"The Bat" - Thank you for pointing out this setting. It works perfectly! Now to solve the other issue of the calendar being one day off.

Why  like that ? You have working plan from 2 pm to 6 pm but you have break 9 am to 6 pm !

As you have working plan from 9am to 6pm, do the break like 2pm to 5:40pm

Did you try like:  working plan from 9am to 6pm, and the break from 2pm to 5:50pm ?
