Relevant Experience  & Experience Required
(in Yrs)

·        3-5 years of Informatica admin( PowerCenter and other tools like a cloud, MDM, IDQ,  PWX, CDC, TDM, DVO) Administration/Support experience
·        
1-2 years’ experience with Informatica PowerCenter / cloud development
·        5-7  years of total IT experience

Technical/Functional Skills   -MUST HAVE

·        Strong experience working on Linux/UNIX based systems
·        
Expertise in different versions of PowerCenter like 9.x, 10.x.
·        Programming experience in one or more of the following: Python, Java, UNIX shell, Power shell, Ruby, Groovy, Scala, Go.

·        
Excellent communication skills.

Technical/Functional Skills   -NICE TO HAVE

•      Experience in development and configuration of jobs in Ansible/AWS in Cloud Environments.
•      Experience in Big data and other cloud technologoes like salesforce.

·        Understanding of Informatica tools license management.

•      Security Technologies ( One or more): CyberArk, HashiCorp, Ping Identity, SiteMinder, AquaSec, Qualys.

•      Experience with reporting tools like tableau etc.

•      Administration/development experience of other DW platforms (Such as AWS glue) or database administration is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

•      Installation, configuration, monitoring, and support of Informatica suite of products (like PC, IDQ, IOD, MDM, TDM, DVO, CDC, etc..) including platform upgrades and security management
•      Provide Subject matter expertise on all aspects of Informatica products.

•      Technical consulting for customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature/functionality of the Informatica suite of products.

•      Perform active monitoring and configuration of Informatica services.

•      Suggest and implement new ideas & best practices for deploying, maintaining and optimizing of environments.

•      Drive automation to reduce failures, manual tasks and therefore improving overall application performance, stability, and availability

•      Participate in on-call escalations to troubleshoot customer facing issues

•      Diagnose any issues including errors, outages and performance bottlenecks

•      Establish governance processes, best practice documentation and internal knowledge base for users
