Job Title:	SAP Consultant – O2C (SD & FSCM Credit Mgmt.)
Location:	Indianapolis
Job Purpose and primary objectives:	SAP O2C professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. The primary focus will be identifying business process, define and lead business solution design, configuring SAP solutions within the relevant area. The role will include SAP O2C /GTS Configuration , testing and transferring the configuration to Production Systems Key deliverables/objectives Opportunity to become an expert in the SAP technology and the business processes it supports Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners  as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities, and represent their requirements within SAP Partner with the IT Architects in assessing  business requirements and drive the development of system solutions in SAP Collaborate with business & development team to create any custom solutions required for project Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):	Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to moderately complex problems Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization
Key Skills/Knowledge:	Experience in SAP O2C( Order to Cash) individual functions like Contracts Sales Order Processing Pricing Logistics Execution Billing Account Determination Output Experience in Configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution based on business requirements Experience in SAP FSCM modules with expertise in converting SAP SD to FSCM Credit Mgmt. module. 2+ full cycle implementations including: Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support
Experience required:	Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) , SAP FSCM credit Mgmt. systems Minimum of two end-to-end SAP O2C implementations, including hands-on design and configuration. Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementations Experience in S/4 HANA Logistics will be ab added advantage
