Thanks to everyone for your being on the lookout.  I feel better knowing that our Neighborhood Watch is watching!!

While i'm at it, I might as well mention that for the last few months, I frequently see a man - not sure his age, riding a small bike on East Richmond - around and around the neighborhood - especially in front of Washington Elementary and Wine St.  He's dressed in dark colors and always wears a hoodie which he has up so I  can't see his face.  It's almost always at night.I know Michelle from the Richmond police dept. said to be careful about accusations - that someone riding a bike is a normal thing.  Has anyone else seen this fellow on the bike or know anything about him? He's definitely a guy. Maybe he's homeless and needs some food...  or a kind word...or to be watched...
