Yikes! That's very close to home.  It's not good that it took 40 minutes for the police to come. I think this is something Michelle with the police should be made aware of. And a way to text info like this to our neighbors would be a great thing. I'm on email a fair amount each day, but not as often as texts. As texts get a "ping" to let you know when a new one's in.

Maybe Michelle or one of the neighbors will have an idea for a group text.
