Hello Eveyone
Firsty, a massive thank-you for coming to the East London Oxfam tea party yesterday in Dalston. It was our first event and we were really happy with the turnout and I hope you managed to eat some cakes, swap some things and find out a bit more about Oxfam.
We are a newly formed group so yesterday's tea party was to try and recruit some more members to help out for planning future events. The main focus of the group is to spread awareness about Oxfam's campaigns and engage with people about how they can help change people's lives through Oxfam! Yesterday we gathered loads of great ideas for events we can hold in order to promote Oxfam and to get people involved in the charity in more interesting ways.
We would love for you to come along to our next meeting which is on Monday 14th June; 7-8pm at the Gallery Cafe, 21 Old Ford Road, Bethnal Green E2 9PL.

Hi,
I have just taken on a lot of extra Oxfam stuff in my spare time, so I don't think im going to be able to attend the meetings in East London! Sorry, I am going to try and find something similar in North London as it sounds really good what you are doing.
Would you be able to take me off the mailing list?

Hi Leila
That's a shame you can't make the meeting as I know Claire is working
and I think Alex is still on holiday so I hope some new members turn
up! I went to the Fete at the Gallery Cafe yesterday and set up an
Oxfam table for people to add their email addresses to and told people
about the meeting so fingers crossed!
