1. Eligibility Criteria
1.1. Employees with a performance rating of AS/CS in the past 12 months and have been in the current position for over a period of 18 months are
encouraged to apply.
1.2. Has not applied for a similar IJP in the past 3 months
2. Selection Process
2.1. The internal candidate talent profile will go through a short listing process and only selected employees will be invited for an interview with the Hiring Manager
2.2. First round of discussion with TA
2.3. Technical Assessment with Hiring Manager and relevant HR Advisor / Business Partner.
2.4. Cross functional interview where the interviewer is someone who is neutral to the outcome of the IJP.
2.5. Final Interview with MOM/GM
