When you guys get a chance please tally up all the money you spent out of pocket on various things for the easter program. Even if you would like to make your expenses a "donation" please let me know how much we spent so that we have a good accounting of all our expenses.

I think we've gone several hundred over budget partly because we under budgeted for staging and chairs and also the weather required some last minute additions like tent, tent sides, generator, extension cords, heaters, blankets, etc.....

I'm thinking we can ask various campus fellowship and local families who might be willing to chip in.

Henry - I'm not sure I kept all receipts (and we're not submitting them) but we spent 190 at Lowe's, 182 on generator, 74 on flowers, 6 on gas tank, 5 on name tags, 20 on gas for generator and 86 on pop tent.
