Hey Guys,

Thanks so much for all your heart and hardwork this past month and a half. I am so glad to have been able to work with a team like you guys. I'm sure you're trying to recover from all this and get ready for the school week. A few things to keep to keep in mind.

We need feedback, from each other and from the wider community. We should probably put together a google doc (like last year's) to send out on the list serves to get people's feedback, to collect stories, questions, concerns. 

We should have have a time to debrief and talk things through. I think face to face would be best for this. I hesitate to suggest this since everyone must be so busy, but would you guys be free again at 9pm tonight to get together and talk? If not perhaps we can just exchange thoughts over email.

Also, for follow-up. I think we kinda flopped on the contact cards. I apologize for not having given proper attention to that. We gotta think a little creatively now how to followup with people. Any thoughts?

no prob. feel free to shoot out your thoughts from the weekend. Good to do it while its still fresh. what was good, what was bad? what has been the effect of all this? etc...

Also, would anyone like to put together the feedback google form? You can follow the template from last year and add the parts about the easter celebration.
