Tent setup

Hey guys,

Turns out I have to give a talk tomorrow afternoon between 2-4pm. The tent guy is going to get there around 4pm. I was wondering if 1-2 of you guys can be there. Sam, we'll need the checkbook on hand to pay them for the tent. If you can't be there would you be able to get the check book to on of the rest of us?

In particular we want the tent setup guy to set it up on the little mound in that area where we set up last year. This will help to keep water from flowing under the tent if it rains.

I just realized that I might not have told this to everyone, but yes, we are indeed putting up the tent because it will rain over the weekend and it will get kinda chilly.

I will try to be there as well (depends on my prof's office hours)...if Sam can't be there at 4 I will get the checkbook from him and either be there at 4 or contact Stan and give it to him beforehand.

Just talked with Sam - he ends class at 4:10 so he will find me afterward and give the check to me and I will pass it along to the tent guy. Would that be all right?
