Meetings tomorrow

Hey Guys,

Would you have time for another meeting tomorrow night.? Since we have a pretty good idea about the major elements of the event we can spend more time working individual groups. Perhaps we can meet a 9pm, touch base, and have the rest of the helpers come at 9:15 and we can spend the rest of the time working out the details of music, testimonies, prayer site set up, service set up, etc...

The weather looks pretty good except saturday. Thursday and friday are sunny. Saturday is rainy. Sunday is forecast to be sunny/cloudy. If it appears the rain is certain then I think we should get the tent set up on friday afternoon to anticipate the rain on saturday. For Sunday, rain or shine we shall wait on God.
