Thanks to all for the hard work and willing hearts. I think it's so wonderful that we serve God and not man. It is no sacrifice.
I was thinking that it would be good for us to meet again tomorrow night at 9pm to assess where we are and what needs to be done this next week. Would you guys be available at 9pm before the interfelly prayer meeting tomorrow night?
I also think we should invite all those who signed up to help to join us. Maybe we can ask them to come at 9:30pm. That'll give us a little time to talk within ourselves, then be able to talk to all the helpers and plug people in with the right leaders.
I will start a new google group that will include all the people who signed up to help. That way we can still informally bounce emails around on this mailing group, but be able to talk to everyone else on the other mailing group. It'll be called easterplanning2011.
A fews things to tie up from publicity:
1. Need to get quarter cards ordered this weekend.
2. Pass our posters tomorrow night to put in academic buildings by Monday morning.
Next week is of course an important week as well :). The major things we'll need to do:
1. Service programming should be decided/confirmed and have started rehearsing. (Larry)
2. We'll need a dedicated team to design, plan and obtain/make all the things we'll need (chairs, tables, the wooden cross, posters, scaffolding for the posters, evangelistic material, night lights, etc...) for the prayer site. They'll also need to put together the google spreadsheet for prayer sign ups and send out emails to promote the sign up.
Have a pleasant and productive saturday!
