Hey y'all,

I am continually blessed by our meetings together - to seek Christ and make Him known on this campus takes a strength and patience and love that can only come from God, and I am definitely realizing His greatness behind us and this.

I was just wondering what we had in the way of refreshments afterward, and what the set-up would look like? (Maybe if it's too hard to draw out on paper we can talk about it at the next meeting haha)

Keep praying for and expecting great and wonderful things which we do not know!!

I think Ife's doing food, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, if any one would like to help with refreshments and set-up, please contact me. As far as food right now, I was thinking pieces of fruit (oranges and bananas), cream cheese and bagels. Would we want some OJ?

As far as set-up, Maybe some tables in back begin the chairs so that as people leave they can pick up some food with trash cans on the side?

Let me know your thoughts please!

Do we have tables and trash cans arranged somehow?

Fruit and OJ sounds good, but I'm thinking that bagels/cream cheese could take a while for each person to grab a piece and spread. What about easy to grab-and-go items? Crackers? Muffins? etc.

Are donuts comparatively cost efficient? We could cut them in half or something too

Jumbo muffins that are sold in bulk can be cut in fourths, as well!

Also, are hot drinks too hard to do? Coffee would be amazing..

I'm sure there are people outside this group who would love to get involved in figuring out the details.  A lot of people are really gifted/love doing this.
Was there anyone at that meeting who wanted to help Ife?  There's a lot to do in terms of buying all the food and setting up...
