(01.01.2762) Calling All Weyrs (ATTN: G'ral, Bhira, RANKERS)

G'ral looked around the room, at the various heads of wings and other areas of the weyr. He was regretting not having gone to sleep earlier because this night would last until well after dawn, and he would have to be in the thick of it the whole time. The old bronzerider only hoped the adrenaline and anger right now would sustain him until such time as the situation was resolved.

His hand tightened into a fist as the last of the ranking weyr members arrived. "I won't mince words," He began. "Mirene, the dragonless weyrling, was failed when her dragon was killed and we were unable to apprehend the culprit. Now, it seems the dragon killer has returned to strike her once more. We will NOT be failing her again." He nodded at Bhira. "We have sealed the weyr at the Weyrwoman's orders. What we now need to do is start the search, and fast, for whomever is responsible, and bring them to justice. Weyrwoman, what are your thoughts?"
